Refund and Cancellation Policy

We devote all human resources in fulfilling commitment made to our customers. We work on a simple philosophy - “Satisfied Client For A Better Future”. If you are still unhappy with our services, we would be more then comfortable to refund back the amount after thorough investigation.

Cancellations can be made online from your Login using "Cancel Order" button next to the order ID. This can only be done in case order hasn't been dispatched. Cancellation wouldn't be possible once Order has been Shipped.

Refund for Shipped order would only be processed in case of defect in product and if the same product is not available in replacement. Customer will have to courier the Item back to us and refund/replacement would be processed only after thorough investigation.

Any defect etc must be brought to our knowledge within 2 days of receipt of order.PanaacheIndians has right to refuse refund if the reason given by customer is not satisfactory.

Refund would be processed into the same Credit Card / Bank Account or payment instrument from which payment was made.

PanaacheIndiansreserves the right to refuse or cancel order in whole or in part at its sole and absolute discretion. In this case, customer has option of either taking full refund, or a replacement.
